Here, much depends on how often you want to dock at marinas and small towns along the coast. In general, however, we recommend dishes that can be prepared quickly and serve the entire crew. It is best to plan your main menu before traveling and have backup plan if things don't go according to plan and you need to improvise. Definitely buy water for the marina trip before you set sail. Rely on at least 1 liter of water per person per day. Use local fresh ingredients – fresh seafood or local fruits and vegetables are a great addition to the menu.

When you accept the boat, take copies of the documents you sent to the charter company (ID, booking confirmation, insurance).
